Can I place an order by phone or post instead of on the Internet?

We would rather you ordered via the Internet, because we use this system to manage your order more effectively, it also enables you to manage your account and keep track of your orders (Click here to see why shopping with us is safe). However we do accept orders over the phone and by post. To order by phone call +44 (0)1273 720 720, please have your details and credit/debit card ready. To order by post send your order name, address, what you would like to order and payment to NHIUK, 18 Guildford Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 3LU. United Kingdom - Cheques should be made payable to Natural Health International.

How long before I get my order?

Your order will be processed as soon as possible after you place it. If the products are in stock (The product information displays whether or not the product is currently in stock) we will usually be able to despatch your order to you that day if you place it before 16:00, if not we will usually despatch it the following day. We currently have a 100% same day despatch record on all in stock orders placed before 16:00. We don't work at weekends though, so if you place your order late on a Friday or during the weekend we will despatch your order on Monday. More shipping information is available here.
