Refunds

If you have changed you mind about your purchase within fourteen days, please email our returns department at refunds@nhiuk.com, phone one of our customer representatives on +44 (0)1273 720720 or write to the address below explaining the situation. We will then email or post you a refund voucher which should be sent to the address below with all items from the original order, unopened and in original condition. On receipt of the items and the voucher, we will credit you with a full refund.

Returns

Any faulty product will be replaced without charge if returned to us within 60 days of purchase. Please email us at returns@nhiuk.com or write to the address below, with details of the faults and we will email or post you a returns voucher which should be sent to the address below with the faulty goods for replacement.
